What you will do
Your daily work includes, but is not limited to, the following activities:
· Operate/responsible for the six generator groups that we use for the short circuit tests
· During testing, you will need to have an overview in the control room
· If a failure occurs during the shift, you need to be able to fix it with the cooperation of your colleagues, by looking up what the failure is. The failure may be in the electronic controls and or in the mechanical part of the machines
· During standby duty you will perform work in the entire installation. In the field of control systems and mechanical engineering. This includes generator maintenance.
· Maintenance work is reported and tracked in the maintenance management system Maximo. It is your task to report failures in this system and register the executed work via work orders.
· Actively work on improvements at the installation together with the team.
The specific goal for the Primary group is to ensure the availability and reliability of the technical installations across the site. You will carry out your work in close collaboration with colleagues from secondary and will report to the Primary maintenance manager. This knowledge and expertise are limited within Kema Labs and will need to be further developed by you.
In this team you will work in a 3-shift system.
What you bring
· Completed MBO 3 or 4 working and thinking level.
· Work experience and/or background in electrical engineering, affinity for mechanical engineering.
· Knowledge of functional aspects for energy and/or power quality measurements.
· You have excellent communication skills in Dutch (written and verbally), mastery of the English language is an advantage.
· You are a team player and have a driven personality.
