What you will do

As a Junior Legal at CESI S.p.A., your main responsibilities will include:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating procurement, supply, service and technical consultancy contracts;

• Legal support in managing tenders and verifying administrative documentation;

• Updating and implementing company policies regarding personal data protection, AI and Cybersecurity;

• Preparation of reports or legal opinions to support business decisions.

What you bring

Among all your other talents, your key knowledge and experience is:

Experience & Knowledge

• Master's Degree in Law
• 5-6 years of experience gained in structured settings, company or law firm
• In-depth knowledge of commercial and administrative law and the Public Contracts Code

Skills and competences

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Teamwork aptitude and problem-solving approach
