What you will do

As a Senior Facility Coordinator - Impianti Elettrici at CESI S.p.A., your main responsibilities will include:

• Evaluate and contribute to defining project proposals for the renewal and improvement of the plant infrastructure;
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards;
• Plan infrastructure and plant improvement interventions;
• Coordinate external consultants for the maintenance activities of electrical and special systems;
• Manage service contracts and monitor supplier performance;
• Monitor costs and budgets related to facility activities;
• Update technical documentation and compliance records;
• Collaborate with internal functions to ensure business continuity and support for business needs.

The Senior Facility Coordinator - Impianti Elettrici will be the point of reference for the management of enterprise infrastructure, with a particular focus on electrical installations. It will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency and safety of the facilities, coordinating external suppliers and consultants, and ensuring compliance with company regulations and standards.

What you bring

Among all your other talents, your key knowledge and experience is:

Experience & Knowledge

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Experience of at least 7-8 years in electrical systems and facility management
• Knowledge of electrical safety regulations and industrial plants
• Knowledge of Directive 81/08 in the maintenance field and in Title IV for construction site activities
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams
• Good command of the main IT tools
• Knowledge of the English language

• Leadership in managing external suppliers and consultants

• Excellent communication and relational skills
• Willingness to carry out short trips to the company's other two offices, located in northern Italy, for approximately 20% of the time
