What you will do

You will be taking care of the calibration assignments from the test laboratories. This position requires an individual who can adapt to changing situations based on the quantity of work, the demands of customers and management.

General responsibilities

  • Contact with suppliers and coordination with external partners about the calibration, requirements, deliveries and pickup from different devices, alignment between supplier and operations, issues from devices etc.
  • Maintain contact with other departments from Kema about calibration and advising departments on calibration status of the instruments.
  • Keep the Maximo Asset system up to date with the required information and process certificates in the meridian management document system.
  • Guide calibration provider on site with the necessary permits.
  • Measuring and perform verifications on various electronic measuring instruments.
  • Participate at the preparation and execution of internal audits, as well as following up on the outcomes where necessary.

What you bring

Among all your other talents, your key knowledge and experience is:

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficient computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Experience in calibrating or working with several different disciplines of test & measurement instruments such as: voltage, current, resistance, temperature, pressure.
  • Strong communication skills including written, verbal and listening skills (Dutch and English). NEN3140 and NEN3840 qualified.
