What you will do
As a Junior Project Engineer at CESI S.p.A., your main responsibilities will include:
- Support the development and implementation of engineering solutions to enhance our laboratories and to create new test facilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elaborate project requirements and objectives
- Participate in the planning and execution of CAPEX projects related to laboratory development
- Support the assessment of current laboratory facilities and identify areas for improvement
- Conduct feasibility analysis to support decision-making processes
- Provide technical advice the laboratory and maintenance teams for specific subjects
As a Junior Project Engineer, you will support the Test Facilities Development function enhancing our laboratories, creating new test facilities and contributing to the continuous innovation and growth of our company.
You will play a crucial part in identifying opportunities for improvement, designing and implementing engineering solutions, and ensuring our test facilities meet thehighest standards of performance. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects assuring a high-level support for the development of the electrical equipment of the electrical energy sector.

What you bring
Among all your other talents, your key knowledge and experience is:
Knowledge & Experience
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
- English Language
- Previous experience or internships in a similar role is a plus
- MS Office package
- AUTOCAD software is a plus
- Basic knowledge of Matlab (or similar), Electromagnetic Transients Simulation Software (e.g. ATP, PSpice simulator, etc.)
Skills and competences
- Oriented to analysis and problem-solving
- Oriented to communication and teamwork abilities
