What you will do

As a test engineer, smart energy meters at KEMA Labs, your main responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out accuracy and influencing tests on smart electrical energy meters.
• Checking and interpreting measurement data and test results and processing them in test reports.

As a test engineer, smart energy meters, you will be responsible for reviewing test results with customers and keeping your own knowledge up to date about regulations and applicable standards. You work closely with the rest of the Metering & Protection & Substation Automation team, and be the primary point of contact for customers.

What you bring

Among all your other talents, your key knowledge and experience is:

• Completed MBO+ / HBO working and thinking level in electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• Work experience and/or background in electrical engineering, electronics, measurement, and control technology, or related.
• You have excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbally), mastery of the Dutch language is an advantage.
